" That is a brief summary of my painting method. In the last five years I have also returned to the Land Art
which I did in the 1970's and 80's.
That is - Making Embroidery and Burying it.
I now find I like to combine the two disciplines. While making embroidery I have time to medidate
on the landscape into which I will put it. This is very helpful for the last activity which is to make
one or more paintings at this location. "
